FIFTEEN couples have tied the knot in what is being described as one of the coldest wedding ceremonies in history.
The love-birds wore anoraks, hats and scarves as they exchanged vows in the mass wedding in temperatures of minus 20 degrees at an International Ice and Snow Festival in the Chinese city of Harbin.
