POLICE were consulted before attempts were made to break the world record for the biggest ever gathering of angels.
A total of 1,275 people gathered in a field in Winnipegg, Canada, wearing wings, white capes and halos, to break the record. So many turned up that police were on hand to avoid traffic congestion in the area.
