A real-life Del Boy is on the run after it emerged that a dodgy market trader had been selling perfume labelled “Chamele No 5”.
The bottles on sale for £10 at a market in Croydon were fake versions of the world-famous “Chanel No 5” and the trader claimed they had been discounted from £96.
Police were alerted when a customer complained to trading standards about the spelling mistake on the box but the trader did a runner before officers arrived.
