CRASH: Two cars have been involved in an accident on the A66 near Teesside Park
A CRASH on the A66 on Teesside caused delays for motorists this morning.
The accident, involving two cars, happened on the eastbound carriageway between Preston Farm and Thornaby, heading in the direction of Middlesbrough.
The vehicles were in the outside lane of the carriageway with one severely damaged, according to a witness.
Police were on the scene and queues stretched back beyond Eaglescliffe.
