A YOUNG father who was last seen climbing into a white van or minibus is still missing, more than a month later.

Concerns over the welfare of Jordan Hayden are growing, with police saying it is out of character for the 24-year-old not to contact his worried family and friends.

The Teesside man, who is the father to a three-year-old, was last spotted getting into a white vehicle on Dryburn Road in Hardwick, Stockton on the morning of Monday, June 26.

Police believe he may have been getting picked up for work at the time, but say it is unusual for Mr Hayden, who is from the Stockton area, to stay out of contact for such a prolonged period of time.

The former Bishopsgarth School pupil is described as being around 6ft tall, slim, with blonde hair, blue eyes and a tattoo saying Freddie on his left arm.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Hayden or who has information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland Police on non-emergency number 101.
