IMAGES have been released by police investigating an alleged sexual assault at a High Street bus stop.
Cleveland Police detectives are appealing to trace a woman after receiving reports of the incident that happened at around 9pm on Wednesday, September 21.
The woman pictured is described as being around 45-years-old and is believed to have spoken to the complainant on Stockton’s High Street, near the McColl’s newsagents.
The woman stayed at the bus stop after the complainant caught the X10 service from the bus stop.
A 26-year-old man has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court.
Police are appealing for the woman, or anyone who recognises her, to contact Acting Detective Sergeant Deborah Edney, via non-emergency number 101.
