A SPORTS club is opening its doors to get more people involved in the sport.
Stockton and Thornaby Canoe Club is holding a ‘have a go’ day on Saturday, August 27, at its base at the Tees Barrage near Stockton.
The event is part of I Am Team GB – a nationwide campaign that has inspired thousands of UK clubs to open their doors to new participants.
Anyone looking to attend the event, which takes place between 10am and 2pm, are encouraged to sign up at www.IAmTeamGB.com
