AN arsonist set fire to a house while a 32-year-old man was inside. Detectives trying to catch the criminal who set fire to the front of the house on St Cuthbert's Road, Stockton at 12.50am on Saturday are appealing to the public for information. A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said the victim, "was left very shaken" by the attack but it's not thought it was a targeted attack or hate crime.
