THE family of "wonderful" man who died at the weekend have said he was a "loved" by all his family.
Liam Hibbons died after being involved in a collision on the A1085 Coast Road in Redcar in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The 26-year-old, from the Skelton area, was a pedestrian when he was involved in a collision with a Skoda Octavia around 100 metres south east of Oak Road at around 1.34am.
He was taken to James Cook University Hospital with severe injuries, but sadly died.
Liam leaves behind his parents, brother Jack and fiancée Beth.
His family have paid tribute to him, saying: “He was a loving son, fiancé and he loved his family. He was a great friend, he was just wonderful. He was loved.”
- Any witnesses who may have seen the incident or seen Liam or the vehicle involved prior to the collision are asked to contact police.
- Officers would also ask that anyone with dash cam footage contacts them on 101, quoting event number 182170.
