DETECTIVES investigating an arson attack on a property on Southfield Road in Middlesbrough are appealing for information.
The fire happened at around 10.45am on Saturday morning.
The two women who were in the building at the time of the incident managed to escape uninjured.
The incident follows two other fires which took place on the same day last month, one at an address on Southfield Road and another at an address on Haddon Street on Monday, November 21.
Officers are not linking these incidents at this time.
