THREE men suspected of being involved in a number of burglaries on businesses and homes in the Guisborough area have been arrested by police after a short pursuit.
The men were in a black Renault Clio which failed to stop for a police car in the early hours of this morning (Monday, January 11).
A spokesman for Cleveland Police said after a short pursuit, the Clio was abandoned in Kirkleatham Woods, near Redcar, and the men were arrested.

Officers found a large number of tools in the car.
