A 37-YEAR-old man was punched unconscious outside Bianco's pizza shop, in Normanby, Middlesbrough, on Halloween by a man dressed as a skeleton.
The victim was with his girlfriend when they became involved in a row with a man and woman, before the victim was punched.
He was treated for concussion and vertabrae fractures at James Cook University Hospital. The male suspect was described as 5ft 9ins tall, of stocky build, with his face painted black and white as a skeleton, and wearing a smart suit. The woman with him was dressed as a skeleton bride.
Anyone with information, or anyone who may have witnessed the incident, is asked to contact DC Lindsay Forbes at Cleveland Police on 101.
