TWO 14-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault.
The boys, and a 23-year-old man, were arrested in connection with an alleged incident in Stockton and released under investigation while inquiries continue.
It follows a 55-year-old man, his 58-year-old female partner and a 35-year-old male friend alleging they were racially abused before being assaulted at the Shambles, Stockton High Street at the weekend.
- Anyone who was in the area at about 4.35pm on Saturday and who may have information is asked to contact PC Ross Boon at Cleveland Police on 101 number, quoting event number 28894.
