Attempted robbery in Hartlepool
A MAN was attacked by two males when they attempted to steal his bag as he walked through Hartlepool at the weekend.
The 22-year-old was assaulted on Wells Avenue, just off the junction with Warren Road, on Sunday, December 27 at 2pm when the victim was approached by two males who attacked him. Both the males then ran off towards Warren Road.
The suspects are described as about 17-years-old, one was 5 ft 8ins tall and the other was 5 ft 10ins tall, both of average build and with short, dark hair.
