SPRINT TRIATHLON: A “Sprint Triathlon” is being held in Redcar on Sunday, July 28 from 11am. Entries are still being taken for the event, held by Redcar & Cleveland Council and TriHard Events.
The “sprint” event includes a 750m sea swim followed by a fast, flat 20km cycle along the Seafront and Esplanade and finishing with a 5km run.
