A COUNTRY hotel in North Yorkshire has been voted best hotel in England outside London at the annual TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Awards.
The Rudding Park hotel, near Harrogate, was recognised as one of the top 10 UK hotels, a position they have now upheld consistently for the last 15 years.
The Travellers’ Choice award winners were determined using reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travellers worldwide.
To celebrate the awards, guests that book a stay at Rudding Park in March this year will receive half a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival.
Managing director Peter Banks said “It is fantastic to be voted as one of the best hotels in the UK.
"We have certainly showed that consistent improvement and investment leads to consistent achievement and I am really proud of the whole team for delivering such high-quality service and care.”
Senior director of communications at TripAdvisor, Brooke Ferencsik, said: “This year’s Travellers’ Choice Awards for hotels recognise thousands of exceptional accommodations that received the highest marks for overall experience, including service, amenities and value, from travellers worldwide."
