FOUR men arrested on suspicion of murdering Claudia Lawrence have been re-bailed while enquiries continue.
All are aged in their fifties and from the York area.
One was arrested on March 23 and three were arrested on April 22.
Miss Lawrence, a chef at the University of York was 35 when she disappeared in 2009.
Earlier this year, detectives targeted the area near to where Miss Lawrence lived in Heworth Road, York and, after screening CCTV footage of someone lurking in the shadows near her home on the night she disappeared, made the four arrests.
A police spokesman said: "The media and members of the public are strongly advised against identifying the men to ensure the investigation and legal process are not compromised or potentially damaged in any way."
