POPULAR demand has led to hit-maker George Ezra adding a North Yorkshire forest gig to his schedule this summer.

The singer-songwriter is one of the biggest selling male artists of the decade and has added an extra date as part of the Forest Live summer concert series organised by the Forestry Commission.

He will now play Dalby Forest near Scarborough on June 24, making it his third concert in the Forest Live series.

The concerts will come after the release of Mr Ezra’s much-anticipated second album in March, following on from his debut record Wanted On Voyage that spent 122 weeks in the chart overall.

Tickets to the Dalby Forest gig go onsale on Friday from forestry.gov.uk/music and cost £34.50 plus booking.
