LEGENDARY Newcastle folk rock group Lindisfarne will be performing in North Yorkshire next year.
The group will be stopping off at Whitby Pavilion on September 28 next year.
The line-up is made up of long-time members fronted by original founder-member Rod Clements on vocals, mandolin, fiddle and slide guitar.
Joining him on vocals is Dave Hull-Denholm and Steve Dagget, with Charlie Harcourt on guitar and vocals and Ian Thomson on bass and on the Drums; Paul Thompson ex-member of 70’s English rock band, Roxy Music.
Lindisfarne popular hits include Meet Me On The Corner, Fog On The Tyne, Lady Eleanor and Run For Home and they have honed a reputation for their leading live performances.
