SUPER-FIT office staff will turn themselves into wolves for the day to take part in a tough, charity fundraising challenge.

Fifteen members of staff from Diagmed Healthcare, in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, are taking part in the Wolf Run, in Leicester, on Saturday, November 7, in aid of bowel cancer patients.

It is a ten kilometre race through muddy fields, lakes and various other obstacles. They will raise money for the charity Beating Bowel Cancer.

Daniel Edmondson from Diagmed said: “As we have encountered the disease both personally and professionally we wanted to help raise awareness and funds for Beating Bowel Cancer.

"We believe that the work they do supporting patients and families through difficult times deserves nothing less.”

Paula Guanaria, Beating Bowel Cancer's community fundraiser for Yorkshire, said: "We’re so grateful for the staff’s support. It’s a tough run and they will earn every penny of the sponsorship they raise so we hope people will get behind them and help to raise funds for the charity."
