Firefighters in rescue mission to save horse called Monster
A HORSE found itself in a tricky situation when it became trapped in a ditch in North Yorkshire last night.
The large horse - known as Monster - was unable to get free from the ditch at Potticar Bank, Malton.
However fire crews from Malton and Helmsley were called to the scene shortly before 7.15am and were able to use their rescue kits to get the animal out of its predicament.
Monster was checked over by a vet who was on the scene.
