A WEB company based on a former church site in Malton is celebrating its 10th anniversary
VtsDesign was founded by Mark Foster who realised through talking to Malton businesspeople that there was a real need for a local web design and hosting agency.
The company is housed in a custom-built premises at the Greengate Centre, former home of the Elim Pentecostal Church, and serves schools and businesses across North Yorkshire.
It also counts the national United Reformed Church as a customer.
Mr Foster said: “The company has continued to grow and we now have a team of eight skilled developers and designers, including latest addition Conner Gore, who has joined on an apprentice scheme aiming towards a City and Guilds in Web Design.
“I am thrilled to have reached the 10-year point in our history. I think we are at a very exciting time for the company and we’re really looking forward to moving into our second decade as one of the leading providers of web solutions in the county.”
