THE second phase of building work is underway at a industrial and business park on the outskirts of Malton in North Yorkshire.
Malton Enterprise Park is a 17-acre commercial development by David Harrison Group and offers a mixture of office, trade, industrial and warehouse units.
Phase two follows the success of the first phase of development which saw sales to flexible printed food packaging suppliers J M Packaging, telecoms infrastructure engineers Alifabs and chilled food producer Pro-Pak.
Sean Harrison, managing director of David Harrison Group, said “We are very happy to see the next phase of construction at Malton Enterprise Park get underway. This is a much sought after and highly accessible location in North Yorkshire.”
The latest units being constructed will be ready for occupation in spring next year.
