AN EMPHASIS on natural beauty and chilled-out vibes are key at the new luxury treatment rooms at a North Yorkshire country estate.
The Treatment Rooms at Middleton Lodge, near Middleton Tyas, Richmond, will officially open on Friday, June 26 to offer a range of facials, massage, body wraps, manicures and pedicures.
Rebecca Tappin and James Allison, owners of the wedding and events venue and the adjoining Coach House restaurant and hotel, said they had always wanted to open a spa facility on the estate to complement the rest of the work they have done.
Ms Tappin said: “I took inspiration from places I have visited and designed it all myself.
“The Treatment Rooms fit in with whole ethos of the rest of the lodge and we are very excited to finally be ready to welcome guests.
“People can now have the whole experience with dinner, spa and overnight stay at the Coach House.”
Selena Blain, who also runs Cocoon in Darlington, is the collaborative partner overseeing the rooms.
She said: “We have created some completely bespoke treatments exclusively for Middleton Lodge so it is really exciting.
“It is fantastic to expand to offer more prescriptive treatments, and people who already love Cocoon will love what we have on offer here.”
