AGE UK’S new premises in Northallerton is throwing open its doors to celebrate national Volunteers Week.
The new, larger base, on Zetland Street is enabling the charity to offer a wider range of events and activities across the Northallerton area.
And the charity is hosting a special event for those wishing to volunteer on June 6 at the new base.
The event, from 11am to 2pm will showcase the volunteering opportunities and also new activities that will be available in Northallerton.
Gillian Peel, CEO, said: “We are very excited by the progress of the new premises in Northallerton and we are looking forward to meeting anyone who is interested in helping older people, particularly in Hambleton and Richmondshire.”
