A HOUSING association has once again been named as one of the best companies to work for in the UK.
Northallerton-based Broadacres is one of the Sunday Times 100 best not-for-profit organisations to work for after achieving, for the second consecutive time, a Best Companies accreditation.
Broadacres, which employs 315 people and provides a range of services to people living in over 5,800 of its properties across Yorkshire, was rated by Best Companies after an employee survey, when staff were asked to score the association in a number of key areas.
Human resources manager Gail Hodgson said: “We are very happy to have again made it into the Sunday Times Top 100 best companies list
“There is no guarantee that because you have achieved this once that you will automatically achieve it again, so what this demonstrates is that we have continued to work hard over the last two years to ensure our employees feel valued and supported.
“We would like to thank staff who completed the survey.
“Employee wellbeing and engagement is crucial to us, so the fact this has once again been validated by our staff makes this accreditation extra special.”
