A ONE-man show depicting the death and resurrection of Jesus is coming to Northallerton.
Actor Mark Topping is staging Impossible God at Northallerton Methodist Church on April 3 at 7pm.
The event is part of a nationwide tour of the play and during the drama numerous characters relive their experience of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
Local organiser Janet Bryer said, “We are really pleased to welcome this production to the Church as part of the celebration of 150th years of worship at Northallerton Methodist Church.
“We are also aiming to raise funds for Ebola survivors relief in Sierra Leone.”
Mr Topping said: “The drama is a powerful exploration of events at the heart of Christianity.
“You are taken on an imaginative journey and challenged to look again at Jesus of Nazareth and reflect on what it might all mean.”
