Arson probe after Catterick Garrison business park fire
FIRE crews are treating as arson a blaze at Colburn Business Park, Catterick Garrison.
The incident was reported around 7.20pm on Friday night and involved two wheelie bins and pallets on fire in an outbuilding measuring approximately eight metres by five metres.
"The fire caused 25 per cent fire damage to the contents and 40 per cent fire damage to the roof trusses," said a spokesman for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. "Crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reels and thermal imaging camera to deal with the fire.
"The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate."
