A man will appear at Teesside Crown Court today for a preliminary hearing for the alleged murder of George Francis Kidson from Sowerby, Thirsk.
A MAN will appear at Teesside Crown Court today for a preliminary hearing for the alleged murder of George Francis Kidson from Sowerby, Thirsk.
Ryan Brady Campbell, a 29-year-old local man, was previously charged with attempted murder.
The charges against Campbell were changed following the subsequent death of Mr Kidson on November 9 at James Cook Hospital.
Mr Kidson, 85, was found with serious injuries at the Flatts, Sowerby, Thirsk, on November 5.
