A BREAKFAST Briefing for businesses, which will focus on using social media, is taking place in North Yorkshire next month,.
The event will be held on September 11 at the Springboard Business Centre in Stokesley, when business-owners can learn on using social media as a cost-effective way of communicating with customers. It is the town's third breakfast briefing.
Sue Thompson, from Catch Designs, will be sharing tips on using Facebook and Twitter and showing how customers can help promote businesses.
''Our feedback shows that people enjoy meeting over breakfast,” said Marie Banks, business centre manager.
“They are fresh and alert and haven’t been bogged down by tight schedules. They leave with new ideas and a full tum.”
The monthly briefings are run by Hambleton District Council in partnership with the York, North Yorkshire, East Riding Enterprise Partnership and will take place on the second Friday of each month from 8am until 9am and cost £5 per delegate, including breakfast.
