SUNDERLAND Nursery School of the Year nominee Siblings Nursery is to open a new setting at the Beacon of Light this summer.
Siblings, based at the North East Business Innovation Centre in Sunderland, will expand into a second site within the centre, which is due to open within the coming months. The childcare and education facility will feature an area for babies and toddlers under 18 months, a playroom for older children and an enclosed outdoor area.
Joanne Anderson, Siblings Nursery Manager, said: “We are delighted to partner with the Beacon of Light to provide childcare for the venue’s customers, staff and for families in the local area. It is a privilege to be working alongside the Foundation of Light and we can’t wait to get started.”
Phil King, general manager at the Beacon of Light, added: “Having the nursery here is a fantastic way to give access to families and the youngest members of our community. We are delighted to have Joanne and her team on board as partners.”
The nursery will open from 7am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
