POWER tools were stolen from builders working on a pub at Stanley.

A number of high value tools, including distinctive nail guns, were taken from builders working at the South Causey Inn sometime between Monday, November 13 and Wednesday, November 15.

They include two orange coloured Paslode IM65 F16 nail guns, permanently marked with ‘RCS’.

A Durham Constabulary spokesperson said: "These are high value tools.

“We would encourage anyone who has seen these items for sale, or has information about the incident, to call Durham Constabulary on 101 quoting reference number 154 of November 17.”
