Persimmon Homes is seeking planning permission from Durham County Council to build 57 homes – with two, three, or four bedrooms - on the site of the former Registry Office and Area Education Office in York Road, Peterlee.
Development bid: An outline planning application for residential development at Grange Farmhouse, Grange Farm, Shotton Colliery, has been submitted to Durham County Council planners.
