Cabinet member Cllr Neil Foster said: “We’re sure that residents and motorists will be as delighted as we are that major works on the roundabouts are now complete.

“Carrying out work on the main route through the city was always going to cause disruption but we’ve worked hard to minimise it as much as possible. We continue to be incredibly grateful to the public for their patience while these improvements are put in place. With the major works completed we hope we can now look forward to easier journeys through the city going forward.”
