CANCELLED: The annnual military vehicle rally held in the grounds of the DLI Museum will not take place this year
AN annual military vehicle rally will not take place this year.
For the last 42 years, the North East Military Vehicle Club has held its rally in the grounds of the Durham Light Infantry Museum in Durham over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
However, due to the closure of the museum earlier this year, the event will not be taking place this year.
Club spokesman Tony Marshall said: “It is hoped to hold the show again in 2017 at another local venue”.
