TWO sisters, one who suffers from epilepsy, are to run the London Marathon for charity.
Lizzie Search, 36, was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2010 after she had a seizure while staying at her sister Jenny Search’s house.
They will both tackle the London Marathon on Sunday (April 24) to raise money for the charity Epilepsy Action. The hope to raise £3,500 for the cause.
Jenny Search, 39, from Durham, said: “Epilepsy has had a huge impact on all of our lives. Watching Lizzie have seizures is really difficult. Epilepsy Action has been a constant source of support and information for my family. I am incredibly proud to be running the London Marathon to raise funds for this charity.”
