A NEW university boss will start work next week (Tuesday, September 1).
Professor Stuart Corbridge, deputy director and provost at the London School of Economics, will become Durham University’s new and 24th vice-chancellor on Tuesday (September 1).
He succeeds Prof Chris Higgins, who stood down from the top job last September. Prof Ray Hudson has been acting vice-chancellor since then.
