CLEARED: In Newton Aycliffe, Central Avenue was partially blocked both ways due to an accident between Burn Lane / Shafto Way and Defoe Crescent. The incident has now been cleared and the road reopened.

CLEARED: The soutbound carriageway of the A1(M) was partially blocked this morning due to an accident. The incident occured at J63 A167 / A183 (Chester-le-Street). The incident has now been cleared and all lanes reopened.
CLEARED: The A68 between Bishop Auckland and Darlington was partially blocked both ways after a car left the road near the B6275. The incident has now been cleared.
CLEARED: One lane of the A19 southbound was closed between the A67 and A172 (Cleveland Tontine) because of a broken down minibus. This incident has now been cleared and all lanes are now open.
