A CLUB dedicated to showcasing non-mainstream, but often highly acclaimed films, returns with its first screening after the summer break at a new venue, on Thursday (September 4).
Clayport Film Club’s first feature of the autumn season will be Alexander Payne’s 2013 American family drama Nebraska, starring Bruce Dern.
Curtain up is at 7.30pm, at the club’s new home, The Shakespeare Hall, in North Road, Durham.
Screenings take place on alternate Thursdays, with annual membership £5, plus a £4 charge, or £3 for concessions, per film attended thereafter.
