GRADUATES considering teaching as a future career option can take part in a training programme in Darlington later this year.
The initial teacher training course will begin at Carmel College in September.
Graduates enrolling on the scheme could be eligible for bursaries of up to £20,000 to help them with living expenses while they train.
The training includes a blend of mentoring from experienced teachers and core training.
