The drivers of two cars involved in an accident in Bates Avenue, in the Branksome area of Darlington, tonight have been taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital.
Paramedics and firefighters initially gave first aid to the men following the collision at 8.17pm. Both men had managed to free themselves.
