A NEW designer clothes shop opens its doors on Saturday with just five shopping days to go before Christmas.
Essential Clothing, in Priestgate, Darlington, will stock a range of top branded designer men's clothing.
Owner Louise Townsend said she may add ladies' clothing in the New Year.
She added: "We are only a small shop but we believe we have a niche in the market as we only sell clothing that no one else in the region sells.
"We get most of our clothing imported mainly from Italy to add that bit of class for people who really know their clothes."
