A RESCUE dog left without a home following the death of his owner is hoping to find a new master to share his life with.
Bobo found himself in the care of the Dogs Trust Darlington team in November last year, aged just two.
The shy Rottweiler is unsure of new people and experiences, but staff at the Sadberge-based rehoming centre know he can make a great companion with patience and love.
A spokesman for the charity said: "Bobo can be a bit of a worrier and a shy boy at first and takes his time getting to know new people but once he does, this lively lad really comes out of his shell.
"At times he can become quite giddy and his trainers are working hard on his doggy manners. He loves playing with his toys and having a good run around in our grass paddocks with his carers.
"Bobo is looking for an adult-only, quiet home, where he can find his feet and get used to his new owners.
"He needs dedicated owners to continue his socialisation and training and they will need to be around for most of the day at first to do this.
"Potential owners would need to be prepared to visit the centre multiple times to spend time with Bobo."
