A POPULAR children's story is being brought to life at a Darlington school.
This week, Carmel RC College students will be performing a musical version of the CS Lewis classic, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. The show involves more than 80 students between the ages of 12 and 19, in all aspects of the production and tells the tale of four children who discover the fantasy world of Narnia at the back of an old wardrobe, where they ally with the Lion Aslan against the forces of the White Witch.
The show will run until tomorrow. Tickets are £6 and can be bought in advance from the school by calling 01325-254525.
