CHILDREN’S classic The Very Hungry Caterpillar will be staged at the Majestic Theatre on Wednesday, June 14.
The 60-minute show features four puppeteers operating 75 puppets, in an adaptation of four of Eric Carle’s best-loved books for the stage, including The Artist who Painted a Blue Horse, Mister Seahorse, the Very Lonely Firefly, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
The show has completed runs in the West End and New York and first premiered in Australia in 2015 before opening in New York in January last year.
The Stateside production broke box office records and attracted celebrities with families including Chelsea Clinton and Emily Blunt.
