ADDITIONAL funding from the Department of Health has seen an increase in the number of GP appointments available in Darlington.
Primary Healthcare Darlington began offering pre-bookable GP and nurse appointments during evenings and weekends for 2017.
Appointments are available between 8am and 2pm on a Saturday and 9am and 1pm on a Sunday.
Patients registered at Darlington practices can also book between 6.30pm and 9pm on weekdays with practices ending services at 8.30pm on a Friday.
