AN ICONIC seventies group will be welcomed to a North-East venue with the support of a familiar face.
Boney M featuring Liz Mitchell are set to play an 80-minute performance at the Rockliffe Hall for an evening which will also benefit the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS).
GNAAS patron, Pam Royle, will compère the evening in the resort near Darlington, which will also feature a champagne reception and three course meal.
Teesside’s The Paul Skerritt Band has also signed up to the event after the group played at Tony Hadley’s Rockliffe Hall appearance in May.
Eamonn Elliott, Rockliffe Hall chief executive, said: “We are thrilled that Pam Royle has agreed to give up her time to host the event here on Sunday, October 23.
“She is a big supporter of the Great North Air Ambulance and we hope to raise plenty of money on the night for such a worthwhile cause.”
