POLICE in Darlington have issued an appeal to identify a man following on incident on Tubwell Row.
The man pictured was picked up by town centre security cameras in the early hours of Thursday, May 5.
No further details have been released over the nature of the incident that sparked the police appeal.
Anyone with information on his identity can contact the police by calling non-emergency number 101.
