A DEVELOPER that intends to build up to 70 new homes on a well-used Darlington playing field is seeking residents’ views on their plans.
Keepmoat Ltd, who want to build on Bellburn Lane field, have organised an informal drop-in consultation session next Tuesday, October 20.
It will take place at St Matthews and St Luke’s Church, on Brinkburn Road and will give residents the chance to learn more about the proposals and make their views known.
The Northern Echo understands that Darlington Borough Council’s principal planning officer Dave Coates will also attend.
The event will run from 3.30pm to 6.30pm and residents who are unable attend can register their views by emailing Ian.prescott@keepmoat.co.uk or planning.policy@darlington.org.uk
