MOTORISTS are being warned about possible delays at the Little Burdon roundabout, on the edge of Darlington, next week.
Utilities work will be carried out from 9.30am on Wednesday, as part of the Darlington Eastern Transport Corridor project. The work is due to be completed next Friday.
Hailed as the town's biggest highways project in more than 20 years, the £12.5m Eastern Transport Corridor is scheduled to be finished next spring.
The 1.8-mile route will ease congestion in Haughton Road, McMullen Road and Yarm Road, and provide a link between Haughton Road and the A66 with a footpath, cycle and bridleway.
